The Parade of Gowns {Wordless/Wordful Wednesday} - Live and Love...Out Loud

The Parade of Gowns {Wordless/Wordful Wednesday}

Following months of testing and countless consultations with specialists and radiologists in and around southern Missouri, I’ve opted to have the mass in my left breast surgically removed. I underwent surgery yesterday, am currently resting at home and hopeful that this will mark the end of my breast lump journey. I won’t receive the pathology results for a while, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

Thank you so much for your prayers, well wishes, virtual hugs and support. I am so overwhelmed by the kindness you’ve all shown.

Everything you see here on my blog this week is pre-scheduled as I’m taking the week off for recovery. In my place, I have a few friends stopping by to guest post, including Rebecca of Bumbles & Light who’s sharing a few tips on getting young children involved in photography. I’d love for you to stop by and check it out.

Now without further ado, I’d like to welcome you to the parade.

The Parade of Gowns

Hospital gowns, that is.

my breast lump journey, i found a lump in my breast, breast cancer, fibroadenoma tumor, fibrocystic breast disease, breast biopsy, breast lump removal,

my breast lump journey, i found a lump in my breast, breast cancer, fibroadenoma tumor, fibrocystic breast disease, breast lump removal, deciding on lumpectomy,

And finally, what I hope will be the last hospital gown I’ll have to wear in a very, very long time…

Are these hospital gowns sexy, or what?
