As our world continues to change and grow, as political unrest continues to soar, as more and more people suffer around the world…I’m reminded of the hope that remains.
The hope that our children carry within them. Our hope for a new world. Our hope for peace. Our hope for unconditional love among all men. Our hope for a brighter tomorrow.
They’ve got the whole world in their hands.
Behind every daydreamer…our hope to bring an end to discrimination, our hope for unconditional love.

Behind every wide-eyed, curious child…our hope to abolish genocide, human trafficking and starvation.

Behind every freckled face…our hope to bring an end to tyranny, our hope for world peace once and for all.

Behind every smile…our hope for a brighter tomorrow.
Our children carry the hopes and dreams of our generation within them and as parents we’re charged with the enormous responsibility of loving, nurturing and guiding this future generation so that our dreams – dreams that will surely become their own – will someday become a reality.
What are you doing to shape our future generation of leaders, doctors, lawyers and teachers? And what kind of impact will your children have on the state of our world?
Make no mistake about it, they’ve got the whole world in their hands.

I’ve been getting teary eyed more and more over here lately. I’m teaching my sons about the quality of family time. Good food, good conversation and good company. They would take that over any material item any day. At least I hope they would! They hold our future.

Thanks Amy! It’s overwhelming to think that our children, these cute little guys that spill water all over themselves while “watering” plants, hold the future of our world in their hands.
It breaks my heart to think what our kids are going to have to face.

I truly loved this post! The pictures really did me in;) I know that when my little guy is old enough, I will be teaching him the value of volunteering. I want him to learn the true gift of giving.

LOVE this post. We get stuck in the day to day details, and forget that our kids have such a big world around them.
